Data collected In the course of ticket sales, the following personal data is collected: • Email address 3. Legal basis Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (contract performance). For a community join request in the ticket shop, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time. 4. Purpose of processing • Processing ticket purchases and delivering tickets • Communication regarding the Event • Community join request to the organizer (only with explicit consent) 5. Processors The following processors are used for technical processing: • Guestlist.Pro — ticketing platform and infrastructure • Stripe Inc. — payment processing • Google Cloud / Firebase — data hosting and storage Contracts pursuant to Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 exist with all processors. 6. Transfers to third countries Stripe Inc. is based in the USA. Transfers are based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) or an EU Commission adequacy decision. Google Cloud stores data within the EU/EEA. 7. Retention period Personal data is stored for the duration of contract processing and thereafter per statutory retention periods. After those periods, data is deleted. 8.
