General terms and conditions for ticket sales § 1 Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of admission tickets via the Guestlist.Pro platform. § 2 Contractual partner The buyer's contractual partner is exclusively the organizer: GoodxVibrationz Ko Pha Ngan, Ko Pha-ngan District, Surat Thani 84280, Thailand 84280 Surat Thani Thailand E-Mail: arezkc.music@gmail.com Guestlist.Pro provides only the technical infrastructure for ticket sales and is not a party to the purchase contract. Claims under the purchase contract are directed solely to the organizer. § 3 Contract formation The contract is formed upon completion of the order process and successful payment. The buyer receives confirmation by email. § 4 Prices and payment All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT and any service fees. Payment is processed via Stripe Inc. § 5 Right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(l). This applies to contracts for leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date. § 6 Refund on Event cancellation If the organizer cancels the Event, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refund is via the original payment method. § 7 Tickets Whether tickets are transferable, personalized, or name-bound follows the ticket type and information in checkout or on the ticket as set by the organizer. § 8 House rules The organizer exercises house rights. Instructions from the organizer and security staff must be followed. Violations may result in denied entry or ejection without refund. § 9 Liability The organizer is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence, where legally permitted. Guestlist.Pro is not liable for Event execution, content, or actions of the organizer. § 10 Final provisions If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the remainder stays in effect. The law of the country where the organizer is based applies.
